Refund and Return
Refund/Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchase from Top Racing, you may return it within 30 days of the original invoice date for a full credit or refund.
Top Racing parts / components must be in the same condition as purchased.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Goods
Should any Parts / Components arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Please send us an email in advance before returning suspected damaged items, as it may be that we can rectify the problem.
After 30 days has elapsed from receipt of an order, suspected faulty goods are to be returned at the customer's expense.
When we receive the item we will either:
replace the damage goods and pay you for return postage or
we will refund your original invoice plus the return postage expense; whichever you prefer.
We cannot issue a credit or replace damaged items unless the goods are returned to Top Racing.
Payment and Shipping
Once Payment is received the products will be sent out ( within 24hours Monday to Friday via Australia POST ) with a Paid Invoice to the address the Customer states in the Sales Order.
